How to choose your Pilates Instructor carefully

There are many gyms that have Pilates instructors who are NOT certified or just DONT have the experience to properly guide their students. Things you should seek when considering working with a Pilates instructor:

  • Certification - Ensures the highest quality instruction. Knowledge of movement and equipment is essential to your fitness development success.

  • Experience - How many years would you ask of a surgeon? An experienced instructor can guide you much quicker and accurately. The more years in the industry the better.

  • Attention to your fitness needs - Everyone is different and so should be your fitness needs. The benefit of personalized instruction means your routine is customized exacly for your fitness goals.

  • Attention to every detail of your movements - Your fitness goals depend on this. Certified and experienced instructors will see things that newer, uncertified instructors many never see.

  • Routine designed for results - A certified and experienced instructor will demand excellence and ensure your workout drives you to results. They will make sure you break through higher levels of fitness performance.
